Tall Guys
As those of you who follow Elsie's travels know, she has accompanied her father on a business trip to NYC with her business associate Chandler in tow. We all took the red-eye from Portland on Sunday night. Here's Elsie hanging out in the Portland airport wating for her midnight flight:
While there we ran into star NBA basketball player and number one draft pick Greg Oden!
Elsie wasn't as impressed as her father by this encounter:
In NYC we caught up with another tall guy, Grandpa Peter. Elsie enjoyed grabbing his nose:
Chandler took Elsie to the Met for some culture and Elsie enjoyed that too:

EAB's really rockin' the head-band!! Kind of like her Dad during his Thompson Twins days.
I am very impressed that a tall guy who might not be able to touch his toes (but who is able to out-tennis another tall guy 25 years his junior) can reach all the way down to Elsie's hand.
Back when I was on Facebook and Chandler was my friend, I noted that the only two things she claimed to be into were a) literary tattoos and b) headbands. Of course, being on fAcebook is kind of creepy. I miss it.
That is not entirely true in regards to my interests on facebook. That is, however, my headband that Elsie is wearing. Those headbands are often the source of major, anger-filled battles between Dida and Elsie.
Would you believe that it's actually "twenty-seven years his junior".
Elsie is guiding her grandfather's finger toward his toes in that photo. She thinks he could touch them if only he could see them.
