great to see these! It is 54 degrees and pouring rain in the woods of Maine (no bugs though).
And I especially want to know how Theo and Arthur liked their welcome home gifts from Elsie..

We are happy for community members like yourselves to use the grounds, but we'd appreciate if you'd stay off the lawns while they're being watered. And keep a closer eye on your dog, please.
And think twice before you so carelessly toss your daughter into the sprinklers - that's untreated lake water. Mmmm duck poop...
