GrandKathy 2012!

And now for a chronicle of our first visit with GrandKathy in 2012. We always love pulling into her warm studio after our overnight flight. Here's Elsie in her pj's at JFK waiting for the baggage:


The girls set to work on art projects while Daddy rested a bit:



And then we hit the big streets of NYC!


Rockefeller center!


After that day we went up to VT and returned with Mommy for a proper multi-day visit. One popular trip was the Natural History Museum:


We found a kids room hidden there where Theo dug up dinosaur bones. We want to show this room to cousins Thomas and Emmett sometime!


But the most fun of all was the big cousins dinner we had one night. All the cousins and their lovers came over for a frolicking good time!

Mari claims she is dating Matt because he looks just like her cousin Emily...



We hated to say "good night!"
